Yogdhara is an emerging pioneer of this yogic era, founded by Acharya Ravishankar Tejasvi to introduce simplified and effective yoga therapy techniques to combat the complications like Anxiety, Depression, Hypertension, Constipation, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Obesity, Neck Pain, Back Pain, Knee Pain, Sexual Disorders and series of non-communicable diseases. We implement specially designed therapy modules for each individual as per the complications and needs. We have customized practice module for Weight loss/gain as well as for other diseases in our signature style.

About The Founder
Acharya Ravishankar Tejasvi

Acharya Ravishankar Tejasvi the Founder and Chief Managing Director (CMD) of Yogdhara took this noble task to serve and care the society as his passion and goal of life. His main aim behind establishing Yogdhara is to propagate his unique style of teaching, training and treating. Having done his BA (Philosophy honours) from Magadha University Bodhgaya, ANTTC and MSc Yoga from S-VYASA Yoga University Bangalore, he stands with a strong base in Yoga Therapy including Ayurveda and Naturopathy. And over a period of time he has mastered healing, cases of Parkinsonism, Polymyositis, Low back spondylosis, Cervical spondylosis, Avascular narcosis, Hormonal imbalances and a series of non-communicable diseases like Anxiety, Depression, Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, Irritable bowel syndrome etc. He successfully implements the simplified version of Yoga Therapy for especially abled therapy participants in order to get optimal improvement. Moreover this, he comes from Yoga research background and has done his research on “Effect of Yoga on psychological states (anxiety, depression and self-esteem) in orphanage children”. Apart from Yoga his multidimensional area of work includes Poetry, Lyrics-Stories-Drama-Dialogues and Article writing, Project designing, Painting, Anchoring, Farming and many more, which makes him a versatile genius personality.His belief is “Have a healthy body & happy mind!”.
